Elizabeth "Liz" Caven

Caven, Elizabeth “Liz” – Passed away surrounded by her loving family at Victoria Hospital, London, on Friday January 3rd, 2020 at the age of 61, after a courageous but short battle with cancer. Devoted and loving mother of her two daughters, Shannon (Cory) and Hailey (Wes). Predeceased by her parents Audrey and John Timbrell. Liz will be dearly missed by her beloved pets, Daisy, Harley and Wincey. Also survived by many extended family members and friends. Liz lived life to the fullest and loved to travel, always looking for an excuse to go somewhere new. When she wasn’t out exploring the world, she could be found shopping for that next pair of shoes or drinking beer at the cottage. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family on Thursday January 9th, from 6-8pm for visitation at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock. A memorial service will take place on Friday January 10th, at 2pm in the funeral home chapel. If desired, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Victoria Hospital – Thoracic Surgery or the London Health Science Centre – Palliative Care Unit, would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
