WANKLIN, Betty - At her residence on Thursday November 17, 2011. Elizabeth "Betty" Wanklin (nee Walker) of Caressant Care, Woodstock and formerly of Sydenham St., Woodstock in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Edward John Wanklin (2001). Dear mother of Les Wanklin and his wife Susan of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Rebecca Wanklin and Amy Turner both of Woodstock. Predeceased by her brother Tommy. Betty had been a longtime employee of Firestone Textiles for over 49 years and was a past member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. # 55, Woodstock Ladies Auxiliary. A private family service will be held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock, 519-539-0004. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery.
