STROOKAPPE- Elisabeth passed away peacefully in her 91st year, on April 11, 2011, and is now reunited with her husband Henry, in heaven. Loving mother to her children Jane (Peter) Warnar, Elsie (John Mallon) Demers , Hattie (Alexander "Sandy" MacKinnon) Short, Leah (Howard) Soar, Marilyn (Larry) Grice and Eric. Oma and great-oma to 8 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren. She is resting at the Longworth Funeral Home at 845 Devonshire Avenue, Woodstock, Ontario, (519-539-0004). Friends may pay their respects Thursday, April 14, 2011 from 12:30 to the time of service in the chapel at 1:30 pm Thursday. Her grandson, Pastor Bryan Warnar, will be officiating.
