Elisabeth Maria (Schroeder) Ipsen

IPSEN- Peacefully at VON - Sakura House on Tuesday October 18th 2011. Elisabeth M. R. Ipsen (nee Schroeder) of Beachville in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late John H. Ipsen (1973). Dear mother of Frank (Lorrie) of Port Hope, Roy ( friend Gabriela Zuest) and Steve (Joanne) all of Woodstock. Beloved grandmother of twelve. Dear sister of Robert Schroeder and sister-in-law of Gisela Shroeder and Alma (Egon) Struckmeier. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Elisabeth was a longtime member of the Beachville Historical Society. Her original art works and engravings have been enjoyed by so many. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by all. Cremation has taken place. A small gathering was held on Friday October 21st 2011 in accordance with Elisabeth's wishes. Interment took place at Harris Street Cemetery, Ingersoll.
