Eileen Bank

BANK, Eileen (nee Kay) – Eileen passed away peacefully, surrounded by her children on Monday, December 4, 2023 at Tillsonburg Hospital at the age of 80 years.

She has been reunited with the love of her life, Keith Bank, who predeceased her in 2010. Loving “Mam” of Linda Jeffreys (Michael), Allison Henkell (Mark), Paul Williams and Suzanne McRoberts (John). Proud Nana to Stephanie (Victor), Amanda (Stephen), Christopher (Kaitlyn), Sean, Brianna, Jenna, Kirsten (Matt), Ella, Grayden and great-Nana to Owen, Damian, Natasha, Henry, Jaylin and Charlotte. Eileen is predeceased by her parents, George and Margaret Kay. Eileen was a long-time employee at Towers, and later Zellers. She was known around Tillsonburg as the “Slipper Lady” – a prolific knitter, Eileen made and donated over 500 pairs of slippers to anyone and everyone she met.
