WESTRA, Eelkje "Elsie"- Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Monday February 13th, 2017 in her 82nd year. Loving wife to Walter Kirk. Dear sister to Rika Himmelman. Predeceased by both her parents, Kornelius and Antje Westra, her three brothers David, Hank, and John Westra, and her two sisters, Jenny Pletch and Dorothy Bone. Elsie will be missed by her many nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place.
