MacDonald - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Tuesday August 2, 2005. Edward "Ed" A. MacDonald of Woodstock in his 71st year. Beloved husband of Marion MacDonald (nee Thorne) for over 48 years. Dear father of Ed and his wife Michelle of RR# 6, Woodstock, Lori Stephen and her husband John of Kitchener. Loved grandfather of Nicholas, Hannah, Angelina, Victoria and Olivia. Dear step son of Marvin Moore of Chatham, N.B., and brother of Grace Ramsay (Bill), Deborah Conroy (Clarence), Dorothy Doiron (John) all of Chatham, N.B., William MacDonald (Carol) of Ingersoll and Jim Moore (Bev) of Woodstock. Predeceased by his father Bert MacDonald, mother Evelyn Mary Moore (1997) and by his brother John MacDonald (1996). Ed had been a longtime employee of Overland Express. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 539-0004, on Thursday from 2:30 - 4:30 and 7-9 pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 1:30 pm. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery.
