Edward "Ted" Lyman Goold

GOOLD, Edward "Ted" - Suddenly at his home on Friday April 26, 2013. Edward "Ted" Lyman Goold of RR# 1, Woodstock just at the age of 70. Beloved husband of Joann L. (nee Pizzey) Goold for over 45 years. Dear father of Kendall Hunt and her husband Greg of London and Greg Goold and his wife Susan "Sam" of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of Jacob Veenstra-Runnalls, Evan Hunt and Jayden Hunt. Dear brother of David Goold and his wife Yolanda of Brantford, Brother-in-law to Leonard Patterson and his wife Gerry of Mississauga and is survived by several nieces and nephews. To say Ted was an avid golfer would be an under statement. He loved the game that gave him almost as much enjoyment as did the love he had for his family. Through out his life he was able to enjoy the experience of 3 holes-in-one. A private family service will be held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock, 519-539-0004. Interment in St. Marys Catholic Cemetery. Friends and relatives will gather for a celebration of Ted's life at Craigowan Golf and Country Club, Hwy 59 North on Wednesday May 1, 2013 from 3 - 6 pm.
