CRAWFORD, Earl - At Caressant Care, Woodstock on Monday, January 2, 2012 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of the late Mary Robertina (nee Nevils) Crawford (2010). Loving father to David of Woodstock, Brenda Grevers (Ben) of Falkland, Mary Jane Anderson (Rob) of London, Linda Nutt (Barry), Wendy Grills (Russ), and Ann Richard (Marc) all of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of Mindy (Rob), Angie (Jason), Tina (Jason), Jackie (Jeff), Gerry (Tracy), Ashley (Nathan), Adam (Rachelle), Andrea, Darryl (Frances), Duane (Miranda), Skylar, Wendel (Kirstie), Bryce, Rene, Nikki, and great grandfather of Val, Dalton, Tyler, Meghan, Brayden, Jordan, JR, Emmalee, Britney, Ashton, Weston, Claire, Carlie, Joel and Charlyee and great great grandfather of Lianna. Earl is survived by his sister Helen Parry of Hamilton, sister-in-law Josephine Dawney (Lionel) of Barrie, Winnie Nevils of Barrie, and Nan Grainger of Woodstock and brothers-in-law Sinclair Nevils (Evelyn) of Barrie and Henry Nevils (Shirley) of Scarborough. Earl was a veteran of WWII serving with the Elgin Regiment. Friends will be received at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Thursday, January 5, 2012 from 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 11:00 am with Pastor Phillip Cole officiating.
