GARNER, E. Allan- Passed away peacefully at Woodingford Lodge, Ingersoll, on Tuesday, October 5, 2021, in his 78th year. Beloved husband of Irene Garner (nee Flood). Loved father of Karen (Paul) Jeffries and David Garner. Cherished grandfather of Kristen and Kelsey Jeffries. Dear brother of Doug (Shirley), Wayne (Mary Ellen), Elaine (Ron) Cougler, Glen (Alma), Brian, John (Susan), Joyce (Brian) Jackson, and Donna (Rick), and brother-in-law of Donna Hiuser and Steve Van Winden. Al will be missed by his in-laws, many nieces, nephews, and extended family. Predeceased by his parents Ernest (1995) and Alice (1998) Garner, his brothers Ross, Roger, and Keith, and sister Linda Garner-Van Winden. Al was a lover of hockey who played with the Woodstock Old Timers for over 20 years. He got the opportunity to travel all over the world with his team making memories to last a lifetime. If you got the chance to learn a life lesson from Al, you know for certain it was going to be sports related. Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life will be held within the next few months.
