BERTRAND- Peacefully at Woodstock Hospital on Thursday February 9th 2012. E. Lorene Bertrand (nee Howe) of Woodstock in her 83rd year. Beloved wife of S. Kenneth "Ken" Bertrand. Dear mother of Wayne Bertrand of Woodstock, Valerie (Lou Mattina) Bertrand of Georgetown, Paula (Tim Hannusch) Thorne of Kitchener. Dear sister of Marjorie Howe and Hannah Chambers both of Tavistock,Velma Card of Woodstock, Dorothy (John) Lowe of Stratford, and sister-in-law Norma Howe of Embro, Wilma (Bill) Farr and Jack (Winnie) Wouda of Woodstock. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her brothers Lloyd Howe and Harold Howe. A private family service was held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004. Interment later in the North Embro Cemetery.
