Norman and Margaret moved into Chartwell Lakeshore Retirement Residence in Burlington, Ontario in June 2021. The family would like to thank all the staff at Chartwell Lakeshore who have been so kind and supportive throughout their time there and especially in the last days when Norman was in palliative care. Special thanks to Marcella, “G”, Lisa and Ilona, all the resident nurses, PSW’s and Dr. Obeid who went out of their way to coordinate arrangements and make things comfortable during the final days. We know they will continue to support Margaret.
