Douglas Wilkinson Bragg

BRAGG, Douglas - At the Woodstock Hospital on Friday July 18, 2014. Douglas Wilkinson Bragg in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Vera W. Bragg (2007). Dear father of Phyllis Woods and her husband Robert and Vel Baillargeon and husband Denis. Loved grandfather of Mitch, Terry (Tammy) and Alan (Amber) Ouellet, Amber Woods (Richard Cornie), Kristen (Rob) Vanderwyngaard and great grandfather of Dan, Matthew, Dylan, Jamie, Hannah, Adalie and Ali. He is also survived by his half brother Frederick Baxter (Dorothy) of Lethbridge, Alberta. Predeceased by his half sister Mary Ellen Bragg. Doug had served with the RCAF during WWII, was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. # 55, Woodstock, OCNVA (Navy Club) and was a long time employee of Weldwood, originally in Woodstock then in Longlac. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Sunday July 20, 2014 from 2 - 4 pm. A memorial service to honour Doug's life will be held in the chapel at the funeral home on Monday at 10:30 am. Cremation has taken place. Interment later in the Anglican Cemetery.
