DORLAND, Dougal McDonald - At Sakura House, Woodstock on Wednesday January 19, 2011. Dougal Dorland of Woodstock in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Juanita Dorland (Ramsey)(nee Ross). Dear father of Brad Dorland and loved stepfather of Brenda (Don) McFalls, Mary Jane (Jan) Boettcher, Heather (Karl) Sigl and Sarah (Robin) Lambert. Cherished grandfather of Jessica and Jacob and great grandfather of Logan. Step- grandfather of Ben, Nic, Matt, Sascha, Maika, Evan, Teagan and Keira. Predeceased by his late wife Margaret (1995), son Terry (1980) and infant daughter Vicky-Lynn (1961). Dougal was a life member of the Oxford Masonic Lodge #76, a shriner and Past Potentate (1995) of the Mocha Temple of London. Friends will be received at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Friday January 21, 2011from 7-9 pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 2:00 pm with Pastor Joyce DeGier-Vanderspek and Rev. James Knott officiating. Cremation to follow Interment later in the Embro Cemetery. If desired contributions to the Shriner's Hospital or the VON - Sakura House would be appreciated.
