RAND- At Woodstock General Hospital on Wednesday January 5, 2005. Dorothy P. Rand (nee Baker) of R.R.# 4 Woodstock in her 88th year. Beloved wife of the late Harold W. Rand (1994). Dear mother of George and his partner Barb Betzner of Curries, Murray and his wife Heather of Dunrobin and formerly of St. Thomas, Susan Learn and her husband Edward of R.R.# 3 Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Darcie, Dan (Heather), Jeremy (Cynthia), and Steve Rand, Sarah and Laura Learn and loved great grandmother of Emily, Michael and Matthew Rand. Dear sister-in-law of Ruth Baker. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Ernest and Philip Baker. Dorothy was a member of the Women's Institute, the Curries U.C.W. as well as a volunteer at Woodingford Lodge. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (539-0004) Friday 7-9 pm where the complete funeral will be held in the chapel Saturday at 11:00 am with Rev. Heather Weaver-Orosz officiating.
