MELLS, Dorothy - Passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Woodstock on Tuesday June 20th 2017. Dorothy Mells (nee Archer) of Woodstock at the age of 100. Beloved wife of the late Bert Mells. Cherished mother of the late James Mells. Dear sister of Elizabeth Fleming, Mable Rapson and sister-in-law of Isabel Archer. Loved aunt to many nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her four sisters and five brothers. Dorothy was employed with Harvey Woods for many years, and was a longtime member of Dundas United Church, where she sang in the choir. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock, 519-539-0004 Woodstock on Monday June 26, 2017 from 10:00 am until 11:00 am where the memorial service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 11:00am. Interment to follow the reception at Anglican Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to Alzheimers Society or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
