Dorothy Velda (Richman) Gillespie

GILLESPIE- Peacefully at Woodstock General Hospital on Wednesday December 6, 2006. Dorothy V. Gillespie (nee Richman)of Cowan St. Princeton in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of the late Earl W. Gillespie (1989). Dear mother of Ron and his wife Judie of Princeton, Karen Bartlett and her husband Jim of Drumbo. Loved grandmother of eight grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Loved mother-in-law of Morris Eccles of Gravenhurst. Dear sister of Beverley Richman of B.C, and Thelma Stark and her husband Ray of Oregon. Also survived by several nieces and nephews and the extended Gillespie family. Predeceased by daughters Joanne Mueller (1975), Carol Eccles (2003), daughter-in-law Betty Gillespie (2004), her brother Mel Richman and sister Audrey Rose. Dorothy was a longtime member of St. Paul's Anglican Church and the A.C.W., Princeton as well as being an avid Bridge player. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (519-539-0004) Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at St. Paul's Anglican Church Princeton on Saturday at 11:00 am with Rev.
