Dorothy Marion (Duncan) Ferguson

FERGUSON, Dorothy Marion - Passed away peacefully at Caressant Care Woodstock, on Saturday September 14, 2013, with family by her side. Dorothy was the beloved wife of the late Lorne Ferguson, loving mother of Joyce Ferguson, Walter Ferguson, June Milsom (Victor), Marion Fleming (Dave), and daughter-in-law Joyce Martland (Bill). She will also be missed by her 14 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 5 great-great grandchildren, and brothers Arthur (Vera), and Cecil Duncan. Dorothy was predeceased by her infant daughter Isabel, son Glen, son-in-law Walter, grandson Robert, sisters Jean Gunn and Katherine (Howden) Pake, and sister-in-law Kay. She was a long time member of the Ratho Presbyterian Church and Go Forth Sisters and was an avid quilter. A visitation was held on Sunday evening at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock, 519-539-0004, where friends are invited to join the family for a service of remembrance on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 11:00am with interment at the Ratho Cemetery following the reception .
