Thompson - At Woodstock General Hospital on Wednesday August 13, 2003. Doris Annie Madilla Thompson (nee Ronald) of Woodstock. Beloved wife of the late Roy Edward Thompson. Cherished mother of Delores Ringel and her husband Carl of Waterloo, Barbara Ringel and her husband Frank, Jean Pozojevic and her husband Dave, Keith Thompson and his wife Sue, Linda Knox and her husband Wayne all of Woodstock. Loved by 19 grand children and 20 great grand children. Sadly missed by her brother Bruce Ronald and his wife Vera of Brantford and sisters in law Sally Ronald and Thelma Ronald of Brantford. Predeceased by daughter Shirley and sons Warren and Bobby, sisters Gladys Gowan and Vera Holmes, brothers Ivan Ronald and Jack Ronald. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (539-0004) Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM . The funeral service will be held in the New Apostolic Church at the corner of Cedar and Cronyn St. Saturday at 2:00pm. Interment Anglican Cemetery. Contributions to the New Apostolic Church Overseas Fund would be appreciated.
