Doris Elizabeth (Bain) Roberts

ROBERTS - Peacefully at the Woodstock General Hospital on Saturday March 14, 2009. Doris E. Roberts (nee Bain) of Woodstock in her 84th year. Beloved wife of 63 years to Robert (Bob) Roberts. Dear mother of Maureen Roberts, Cam Roberts and his wife Deenna, Doris Smith and her husband Douglas and their children Warren and Brenda. Loved Dodo of Chris and his wife Michelle, Stephanie Mowat, Dana Stevenson and her husband Tim, Kurt Roberts and his fiancée Katrina. Amazingly great Dodo of Alexis, Logan, Hope, Jesse, Jasmine, Jeremy, Bridget and Vanessa. Loved and cherished by all of her nieces, nephews and their families, as well as her extended cottage family, Alice Robertson and her family from the beautiful cliffs of Port Burwell. Predeceased by her infant son Nelson, brothers; Addison, William and Ralph Bain and sisters; Priscilla Beadman, Barbara Weir and Jean MacDonald. A private service has taken place. A Celebration of Doris' life will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion 576 Brant St. Woodstock on Tuesday March 17, 2009 from 1-3 pm.
