Donna (Peckham) Miles

MILES - At the Woodstock Private Hospital on Saturday August 8, 2009. Velma "Donna" Jean Miles (nee Peckham) formerly of RR# 8, Woodstock in her 75th year. Beloved wife of Ed Miles for nearly 53 years. Cherished mother of Dave and his partner Joanne, Nancy Miles and Brian and his wife Anne all of RR# 8, Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Jim, Christopher, Ashley, Cory, Garrett and Colton,. Dear sister of Hazel Garfat and survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews. Predeceased by her grandson Hunter Miles, one brother and five sisters. Donna was especially devoted to her family and she shared this love, along with the love of life each day with everything she did. Donna lived and enjoyed her life through her family. She had many enduring friendships and Donna was blessed with the love and care of so many remarkable people. For that Donna's family will always be grateful. She was also a longtime member of Eastwood United Church. A private family service will be held at a later date by the family. Interment in the Oxford Pioneer Cemetery.
