At peace, Donna Jean Burleigh passed away peacefully March 31, 2023, in her 74th year. Beloved wife of the late, Dennis Burleigh. Predeceased by her parents Helen and William Fitzakerley. Donna will be sadly missed by her brothers, Bob and Michael (Clarise); her brothers-in-law Don (Patricia) and Richard; her stepsons Andrew (Janet) and Jeffrey (Emily). Grandma Donna to Antonia, Keziah, Kaiden and Kassia. Great Grandma to Gabriel. Donna will also be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews and close friend and caregiver, Marion Chartrand. Donna championed Multiple Sclerosis for over 30 years. Her zest for life, with all it’s challenges, will be an inspiration to family and friends alike. Family would like to thank Marion Chartrand and the nursing staff of CarePartners and Cheshire for their care of Donna. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society would be appreciated. Arrangements have been entrusted to Brock and Visser Funeral Home.
