Donald Maurice Pearson

PEARSON, Donald Maurice - Passed away unexpectedly at the Woodstock Hospital on Monday, May 6, 2019 in his 82nd year. Loving husband to Evelyn Pearson (Snarey) for over 60 years. Cherished father of Cindy (Stephen) MacDonald and Tammy (Harry) Slager. Forever missed by his grandchildren Stacie, Thomas, Katie, Demetri, Matt, Nada, Ashley and Ian, also his great grandchildren Sierra, Payton, Hunter, Noah, Jenna, Reese, Zac, Leo, Keane and Max. Don will be forever missed by his brother Bob Pearson. Don is predeceased by his parents Maurice and Elsie Pearson. Don was a long time member of the Woodstock Old Timers hockey team. Cremation has taken place. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004), on Friday, May 10th, 2019 from 2pm to 4pm and again from 6pm to 8pm. The memorial service will be held in the chapel on Saturday, May 11th, 2019 at 11am. Interment will take place at the Innerkip Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of ones choice would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
