Donald Smith Leeson
August 8, 1923 — July 10, 2014
LEESON, Donald Smith - Passed from this life and into the arms of his Saviour while at Alexandra Hospital, Ingersoll, on Thursday, July 10, 2014 in his 91st year. Don was the beloved husband of the late Joanne (nee Cornwell) (1986). Loving father to Donna Rochon (Peter) and Leila Henderson (Scott). Cherished grandfather to Michael Henderson (Kristen), Emily Blancher (Kris), Garth Henderson (Jesse), and Lauren Henderson and great grandfather to Max Blancher. Don will also be missed by his brothers Percy (the late Adele) and Wayne (Elaine). Friends are invited to join the family on Sunday, July 13, 2014 from 1-4 and 6-8pm at the Harland B. Betzner Funeral Home, 177 Dundas St., Thamesford, 519-285-2427. The funeral service will be held at Crossroads Alliance Church, 194552 Regional Road 119, Ingersoll on Monday, July 14, 2014 at 11am with Pastor Dr. Rodger McCready and Pastor Nate Wright officiating. Interment in the Putnam Cemetery. Memorial contributions to Crossroads Alliance Church or Woodstock Christian School would be appreciated.
