Diane (Wesselink) Ranter
January 5, 1927 — April 23, 2006
RANTER- I will lift my eyes unto the hills from whence cometh my help. Psalm 121. On April 23rd 2006 in her 80th year, the Lord in His mercy took to himself Dianne Ranter our beloved Mother, Grandmother and great -grandmother. Predeceased by her husband Henry, (December 13, 2001). They had shared 53 years together. Dianne, will be lovingly remembered by her children, Annie and Jake Kikkert of Wingham, Ena and Rick Ficht of Woodstock, Alice and Ernie Fast of Rivers, Manitoba, Fred and Laurie Ranter of Woodstock and Freda Ranter also of Woodstock. Beloved Grandmother of Raymond and Nanda Kikkert, Darlene and Kevin DeJong, Stan and Jane Kikkert, Paul and Trish Kikkert, Julie and Jason Dikkert, Denise Kikkert, Michelle and Chris Taylor, Sara Ficht, Jeff Ficht, Sherry and Ben, Richard DeVries, Jennifer Ranter, Craig Ranter, Nicole Zehr, Ryan Zehr. Survived by her dear sister Anne Burgers who spent a great deal of time helping with her care, and Anne's husband Tony, and by her brother Albert Wesselink of Woodstock. Friends may call at the R. D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Tuesday April 25th from 6-9 pm. The Funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church (577 Norwich Ave.) With Rev. Dirk Miedema officiating. Interment in the Hillview Cemetery.
