BALKEMA - Suddenly on Friday, December 25, 2009, Diana "Diane" Lynn Balkema (nee Toxopeus) of Woodstock in her 53rd year. Beloved mother of Jamie Blackmore (Jennifer) and Trevor Blackmore (Sheila) all of Woodstock and Andrew Blackmore of Wiarton. Loved grandmother of Austen, Zackery, Mitchel, Evan, Jordan, Kayleigh, Emily, and Mathew. Dear sister of Jamie Toxopeus and sister-in-law Hetty Balkema. Also survived by her longtime canine companion Capone. Friends will be received at the Family Church, 887 Dufferin St., Woodstock, on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 from 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 pm with Pastor Ken Charlton officiating. Cremation to follow. Interment later in Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
