LEMKE, Derek F. A.- Passed away suddenly on Monday March 19th, 2018 in his 39th year. Dear son of Cheryl and Earl Lemke. Loving father of Brianna. Cherished brother to Jason (Rachael) Lemke and Charlene Lemke. Proud uncle of Trenton, Alyssa, Carter, and Deklan. Derek will be greatly missed by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Derek was an employee of S.A.F. Holland Hitch, Canada and was a lover of movies and music. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004), on Saturday March 24th, 2018 at 3:00 pm where the memorial service will be held in the chapel.
