Dennis Burton Macaloney

Dennis passed away suddenly on Monday January 1, 2024 in his 57th year.

Dennis will be sadly missed by his beloved wife Joyce Lund of 13 years, and Son JR Scott MacAloney.  Beloved stepchildren Mathew Dickson (Maria), Brianna Corbett (Dominic), Ashley and Michael (Natalia) Lund.  Step grandchildren, Mila and Mateo Dickson in Calgary, Alberta.  Loved by his mother Deanna and his stepfather Brad Vernooy.  Loved by his sister Shari (Alex) Piggott.  Also sadly missed by his niece Cheyenne (Nick) and nephew Tanner Piggott of Woodstock.  He is predeceased by his loving father Harold Burton MacAloney from Bible Hill, Nova Scotia.  He will also be missed by his Aunts, Uncles and Cousins from Calgary, Ontario and Nova Scotia.

Dennis was employed with Great Northern Insulation for many years, receiving a 10 year recognition service award.  Dennis enjoyed spending time with his son JR and step children when he wasn't working.  Dennis loved riding his motorcycle in Calgary and listening to Metallica.  Dennis will be sadly missed by everyone that came into his life, family, friends and co-workers.

Friends are invited to share in a Celebration of Life at the Royal Canadian Legion, 642 Dundas St, Woodstock on Saturday, January 27, 2024 from 1pm-4pm
