TAIT - Quietly at Woodstock General Hospital on Monday, November 2, 2009, David George Tait of Woodstock in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Mary Tait (nee Stirling). Dear father of George Tait (Debbie), Brenda Hibbert (John) all of Woodstock, and Beverley Marple (Robert) of St. Thomas. Loved grandfather of Tonya, Nicholas, Kandy, David, Daniel, Ryan, Georgie, D.J., and Lindsey. Also remembered by six great grandchildren. Dear brother of Robert Tait (Anne) and Lois Martin (Paul) and nephew of Charlie Tait (Norma). Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004), on Friday, November 6, 2009 after 10:30 am where the memorial service will be held in the chapel at 11:00 am.
