EDWARDS - At Woodstock General Hospital on Tuesday, February 27, 2007. David George Edwards of Dundas St., Woodstock in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Wilma Fern Edwards (nee Naylor). Dear father of Randy and his wife Lynda, Lynn Edwards and her friend Gerry and Lori Jaques and her husband Allan all of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of Brad, Scott and Randi Lynn Edwards, David, Stanley, Stacey, Louise and Michael Jacques and great grandfather of Brooklyn and Jacob Edwards and John Duncan. Dear brother of Jerry Edwards. Also survived by a niece Joyce and nephew Calvin as well as his many brothers and sisters-in-law. Predeceased by his brother Bill Edwards and sisters Joanne Marys and Ida Edwards. David was a member of the Moose Lodge and Royal Canadian Legion Br. #55, Woodstock. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519)539-0004, on Thursday, March 1, 2007, from 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 1:30 pm with Pastor Janice Fisher officiating.
