de Boer, Cornelis - At his residence on Sunday, January 29, 2012. Cornelis "Neal" de Boer of Woodingford Lodge in his 87th year. Beloved husband of Johana "Ann" de Boer (nee Rietmeyer). Much loved father of Ronald (Sydney) of Owen Sound, Peter (Sharon) of Burlington, Ted (Marlene) of Guelph, Marianne (Tom) Quick of Wasaga Beach, and Linda (Joe) Lindlau of Woodstock. Dear grandfather of 10 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. Also survived by his three sisters Thea, Anne, and Willy. Neal was a longtime member of Huron Park Baptist Church. The family will receive friends at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004 on Wednesday, February 1st 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9pm, where the complete funeral service will take place in the chapel on Saturday February 4th 2012 at 2:00 pm with Pastor Steve Boctor of Huron Park Baptist Church officiating. Cremation followed by interment in the Anglican Cemetery at later date. If desired, contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario, or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
