Constance Elizabeth "Connie" (Bearss) Bruce

BRUCE - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Monday September 10, 2007. Constance "Connie" Elizabeth Bruce (nee Bearss) of Woodstock in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Stanley William Bruce (1981). Dear mother of Gerry Bruce and his wife Linda of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of David Bruce and his wife Yvonne of Milton and Kevin Bruce and his girlfriend Amy of Woodstock and great grandmother of Lauren and Nicolas Bruce of Milton. Dear sister-in-law of Isabel Wilson of Ingersoll and friend of Evelyn Sherran of Woodstock. Connie was a member of St. David's United Church and the Southgate Centre Choir. She also played piano for many years, was a member of the I.O.D.E. (Havelock Chapter) and was a figure skater. At Connie's request, a private family service was held at the Longworth Funeral Home on Tuesday September 11, 2007. Cremation has taken place. The burial will take place at a later date in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
