Colten Kenneth Cameron Graham

Colten Kenneth Cameron Graham, a beacon of light, was born and passed away in London on December 6, 2023. Though his time on earth was a fleeting moment, his impact was profound and lasting. In his brief journey, Colten became the cherished son of Dustin Graham and Jordan Riordan, and the beloved brother of Isabella. His family, a testament to unconditional love, embraced every second with Colten, he was a symbol of unity, bringing together hearts and reminding everyone of the preciousness of the present.

Colten's story, while short, is a reminder to all to live with purpose and to cherish every moment. He inspired his family to view life through a lens of possibility and to embrace each day with courage and optimism. Colten Kenneth Cameron Graham will be laid to rest at Burgessville Baptist Cemetery on  Saturday, December 16, 2023 at 10am.

In honour of Colten, memorial donations may be made to the Bereaved Families of Ontario- Southwest Region to assist those whom have lost a child.
