SLY - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Thursday March 11, 2004. Clifford "Cliff" L. Sly of Woodingford Lodge and formerly of Durham Cres., Woodstock in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Margaret E. Sly (nee Weakley). Dear father of Shirley Bartlett and her husband Raymond of Waterloo, Deborah Straus and her husband Merle of Kitchener, Kenneth and his wife Sylvia of Mississauga and Donna McGhee of Flamborough. Loved grandfather of 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Florence Readhead of Woodstock. Cliff was a member of the King Solomans' Masonic Lodge # 43, Woodstock A.F. & A.M. and affiliates, Oxford Chapter Royal Arch Masons and affiliates as well as a 33rd degree Mason. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 539-0004, on Friday 2-4 and 7-9pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 11:00am with Rev. Dave Stephens officiating and assisted by Rev. Clair Clark. Interment later in the Baptist Cemetery. Contributions to the First Baptist Church Memorial Fund or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
