BLAIR, Clifford Bennett of Beachville, passed on peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Thursday December 27 in his 79th year. Loving husband of Audrey Blair (nee Zavitz) for over 50 years. Loved father of Darryl and Derek. Cherished Grandfather of Carly (Tyson) and Great-Grandfather of Owen. Brother of Donald (Gail). A private family service has taken place. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be arranged through Brock & Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock 519-539-0004 (www.brockandvisser.com) and made to Parkwood Hospital - Helen C. Zavitz Endowment for Nursing Excellence Fund which is a nursing award. The Helen Zavitz Award is presented annually to a nursing student from Fanshawe College or The University of Western Ontario who undertook studies at Parkwood Hospital and who demonstrate compassion, integrity, respect and dedication to patients and their families.
