BINNS - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Wednesday July 22, 2009. Clifford "Cliff" H. Binns of Woodstock in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Bertha E. (Nee Strickert) Binns for over 60 years. Dear father of James C. of Mitchell, Nancy Binns of Woodstock and David of Waterford. Loved grandfather of Daniel, Tyler, Jimmy and Frankie. Dear brother-in-law of Marion Frame (Pete) of Stratford, Janet Wolf (Gary) of Mitchell, Ruthann McLeod (John) of Woodstock and Roy Strickert (Donna) of RR# 5, Woodstock and survived by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his great granddaughter Arianna, brothers Donald (Enid), Jim (Ann) and by his parents Joseph and Phoebe Binns. Cliff was a longtime member and a past President of the CAW Local 636, OCNVA "Navy Club", Past master of Mercer Wilson Masonic Lodge # 678 A.F. & A.M., a Shriner of the Mocha Temple and involved himself in many community activities and organizations. A private time of remembrance will be held at a later date by the family.
