Clarence Reid

REID - Passed away peacefully after a long illness at his residence on Wednesday December 10, 2008. Clarence Reid of Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock and formerly of Alice St., Woodstock in his 94th year. Beloved husband of the late Hazel R. (nee Mason) Reid (1987). Dear father of Doris Corey and her husband Rod of Aylmer. Loved grandfather of Crystal Corey, Dan Shoup (Kate), Wendy Light, Laurie Jones (Gary) and great grandfather of Taylor Light, Christie Light, Matthew Jones, Dakota Shoup and Cole Shoup. Predeceased by his son Douglas Reid and several brothers and a sister. Clarence was a longtime member of Knox Presbyterian Church, Woodstock. He was the last surviving member of his own family. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Thursday December 11, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 11:00 am with Rev.
