PIETT- Peacefully at Maples Nursing Home in Tavistock on Monday December 24, 2007. Christine Piett (nee Matheson) formerly of Embro in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Stuart Piett (2000). Dear mother of Bev Matheson and her husband Jim of Embro, Eileen Hart and her husband Marvin of Sauble and Ron Piett of Embro. Loved grandmother of Judy Hayes and her husband Jamie, Jamie Matheson and his wife Eileen; Allison Wilks and her husband Jeff, Stefani, Carolyn and Tracy Piett. Cherished great grandmother of Mackenzie, Mackayla and Ava. Dear sister of Jean Blair and her husband Robert, Donna Rowe and her husband Cec and sister-in-law of Donna Matheson, Helen Piett and Blanche Bigham. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and their families. Predeceased by her brother George Matheson. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004. Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel Saturday at 11:00 am. Interment later North Embro Cemetery.
