Charmaine Frances (Stewart) Farrell

With heavy hearts, we regret to announce the sudden passing of our mum, grandma, sister, aunt, cousin, and dear friend, Charmaine Farrell, on July 26th, 2023, at the age of 80.

She is survived by her sons Robert, and John Farrell, and her brother Steve (Sue) Stewart, seven grandchildren, and two great grandchildren, as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was predeceased by her father, Don Stewart, mother Frances Stewart, brother Larry Stewart and sister Margaret Stewart.  Charmaine was very proudly a dispatcher with both the Woodstock Fire Department and Police Service for over 31 years.  Charmaine had a very kind heart and a big spirit.  She lived her life as fully as she could and on her terms.  She touched many lives and will be deeply and sadly missed by all who had the great pleasure to know her.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you please make a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society, a charitable organization that was very near and dear to mum’s heart.  A celebration of Life will be arranged and announced at a later date.
