ROOKE, Charles- Passed away peacefully at Woodingford Lodge on Friday September 23, 2016 in 86th year. Beloved husband of Renate Rooke (nee Hoffmann). Loving father of Heidi (Dirk) Butzakowski and Chris (Michelle) Rooke. Cherished grandfather of Mathew (Leanne Ooms) Butzakowski, Adam Butzakowski, Emily (Hoveeg Tashjian) Butzakowski, Cassandra Rooke, and Jacob Rooke, and great grandfather of Ethan. Dear brother of Mabel (Dave) King, Marjorie Cook, Harold (Norma) Rooke, Robert (Barb) Rooke, Linda Vernooy, sister-in-law Florence Rooke, and brother-in-law Jim Orr. Predeceased by his brother Arthur Rooke, sister Shirley Orr and brother-in-law Pete Vernooy. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family on Tuesday September 27, 2016 at Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave. (519-539-0004), from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9, where the service will be in the chapel on Wednesday September 28, 2016 at 11 am.
