MCDONALD - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Saturday, January 16, 2010. Charles George McDonald of Woodstock in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Doris McDonald (nee Neabel ). Dear father of Michele (Kirk) Schultz and Tami (Tom) Murray. Loving grandfather of Kyle, Meghann, Ashley and Shannon, and great grandfather of Adrian. Dear son of the late Joseph and Jean (nee Waugh) McDonald. Charles is also survived by his siblings Don (late Margaret) McDonald, Jeannette (Gerald) Millard, Connie (John) Hislop, Sharlene (Bill) Mitchell, Shelly (Paul) McCutcheon, Bud (Diane) McDonald, Mary (Don) McDonald, sister-in-law Ruth Anne McDonald and several nieces, nephews, and in-laws. Predeceased by his grandson Dane and brother Ernie McDonald. Charles was employed with Standard Tube for 40 years. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004 on Saturday, January 23rd 2010 after1:00pm where the memorial service will take place in the chapel at 2:00pm. In lieu of flowers (due to family allergies) contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Heart and Stroke Foundation, or Huron Park Baptist Church.
