McIntosh, Catherine Marie - After a courageous battle at Woodstock General Hospital on February 25th , 2005. Marie McIntosh (McBurney) in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late R. Bruce McIntosh (2000) for over 50 years. Cherished mother of Ken (Kara), Brenda (Gary) Aspden, Richard (Lisa), Jack (Linda), Tom (Rhona). She will be sadly missed by several grandchildren and one great grandchild. Dear sister of Doug McBurney (Elsie), Alec McBurney (Ivy), Margie Armstrong (Bill), Donna Vigar, Joyce Fraser (Bill) and sister-in-law of Dave McIntosh (Donna). Predeceased by daughter Marlene and by her sisters Ruth Johnson and Audrey Garner. Marie had been a longtime member of Knox United Church Embro and was a hairdresser at Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock for over 20 years. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 539-0004 on Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 11:00 am with Rev.
