McDONALD - It is with profound sadness the family announce the passing of their brilliant star, who will now forever shine down from the Heavens. "Kay" Catherine V. McDonald (nee Roberts) of Woodstock, passed away on Thursday, April 22nd 2010, in her 84th year. Beloved wife of the late Frank McDonald (1991). Dear mother of Peter McDonald, and Kristine (Steve Hepburn) McDonald all of Woodstock. Dear sister of Robert "Robbo" (Audrey) Roberts, Eileen (Mike) Connelly and Colin (Pat) Roberts and sister-in-law of Margaret (late Bert) Roberts all of England. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and special cousins the Murphys. Predeceased by brothers John and Bert Roberts. Kay was a longtime member of the Church Of The Epiphany, Woodstock and was an integral part of both Park Lane Dairy and the News Depot. Friends will be received at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004) on Thursday, April 29 2010 from 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held at the Church of the Epiphany on Friday April 30 at 1:30pm with Reverend Richard Jones officiating. Cremation to follow with interment later in the Anglican Cemetery.
