Catherine Johanna Fiorino

FIORINO, Catharina Johanna – On the morning of Saturday, July 11, 2020, listening to the sound of rain and birdsong, our beloved mother and grandmother gently left this earth and joyously reunited with her dearest husband Bruno (2012), and her precious son Ted (1999).  She is grievously missed by her daughter Gina, her husband Richard and grandchildren, Brandon, Mitchel, Zaccharie, Chiara, and great-granddaughter Thea.  She will also be missed by Ted’s wife Brigitte, sister Rita McIntyre, brothers Bill (Kathy) Geris, and Frits (Bernadette) Geris, brother-in-law Sam Fiorino, sister-in-law Francesca Ingrao, brothers-in-law Mike (Sue) Fiorino, Joe (Rina) Fiorino, Luigi (Carol) Fiorino and, many nieces and nephews.  Predeceased by sisters, Ann, Wilhelmina, Ellie, Mary, and brother Harry, sister-in-law Antonietta Fiorino and brother-in-law Gaetano Ingrao.  We will miss her beautiful smile and her playful spirit every day.  We are grateful for the peace she has found.  A private family service will be held on Friday, July 17, 2020, with interment to follow at St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Cemetery, Woodstock.  If desired, memorial contributions may be made to Woodingford Lodge Woodstock – Palliative Care and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004).  Expressions of love and sympathy may be placed and viewed online at www.brockandvisser.com
