GATES - At her mother's home and with her family by her side on Tuesday, September 16, 2008. Catharine L. (nee Adams) Gates of Woodstock in her 41st year. Beloved wife of Dan D. Gates for 14 years. Devoted and much loved mother of Adam and Emily Gates both at home. Cherished daughter of Bob and Doris Adams of Woodstock. Dear sister of Jo-Anne Adams and her husband Tom Blakelock, Robert Adams and his wife Jean McFeely-Adams and survived by her special nephews Garrett and Holden and by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins and in-laws. Also survived by her parents-in-law David Gates and his wife Sue and Helen Gates. Predeceased by her grandparents Doris and Gordon Rutledge, Arthur Adams and Mary Palnau. Friends are invited to join the family at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Thursday, September 18, 2008 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 11:00 am with Rev.
