Carl Robert Marquette

MARQUETTE, Carl Robert – Passed away peacefully with his wife by his side at the Woodstock Hospital on Tuesday, May 31st, 2022, in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Betty Marqeutte (nee Noble). Loving father of Lori (Jim) Myerscough of Bobcayqean, Robb (Marcy) Marquette of Stratford, Kirk (Tammy) Marquette of Tavistock, and Blake Marquette of Toronto, and stepfather of Simeon Reid of Stratford, and Mavelina (Kevin) Thody of Calgary. Cherished grandfather of Abi (Dylan) Reinhart , Hilary (Richard) Thurston, Leah, Logan, Milo, Wade, Parker, Haylee, Kiana, Koen, and Matthew, and great grandfather to Stella and Gage. Dear brother of Allan (Evelyn) and Andrew (Wendy) Marquette. Uncle Carl to Steph Marquette and her children, Hunter and Jaydee, Nicole Marquette and her children, Dylan and David, Robert Marquette, Michelle (Jeremy) Miller, and Bradley (Blance) Marquette. Carl will be lovingly remembered by Gary Meyers and Donna Mathews, who have been by his and Betty’s side since their move to Woodstock, and by their good friend Lorna King. Carl worked as a foreman for the city of Stratford, City Works, for over 25 years. Cremation has taken place and arrangements have been entrusted to Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock ( 519-539-0004 ).
