Capt. David Domagala

Capt. David Domagala was an amazing husband, dada, son, son-in-law, cousin, friend, and pilot at 450 Tactical Helicopter Squadron, Garrison Petawawa. On Monday June 20th, 2023 at the age of 32, he suddenly passed away in a helicopter crash, taking with him a piece of everyone who was fortunate enough to have known him.
Dave, beloved husband of Shinea Kelly. Loved and cherished father of Leila and Lucas Domagala-Kelly. Dearest son of Marek and Anna (nee Fraczek) Domagala of Woodstock, and son-in-law of Andrea Panetta (late Glen Kelly) of Woodstock. Dave will be sorely missed by his four-legged companion Maverick, as well as his extended family and many friends.
Visitation will be held at Brock and Visser Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Avenue Woodstock ON, on Monday July 3, 2023 from 7 – 9 pm for family and friends. A Funeral Mass with Military Honours will be celebrated on Tuesday July 4th at 11:00 am at Holy Trinity Church 1420 Devonshire Avenue Woodstock.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Remembering David Domagala GiveSendGo, Soldier On, or the Canadian Veteran Service Dog Unit would be greatly appreciated by the family.
