Hanmer - At Woodstock General Hospital on Tuesday August 5th, 2003. Calvin Clinton Hanmer of Woodstock in his 73rd year. Beloved husband of Gladys Hanmer ( nee Neal) of Woodstock. Dear step-father of Lynda Remington of Woodstock, Neal Hallock and his wife Gwen of Innerkip, Susan Hargreaves and her husband Ted of Embro, Brad Hallock and his wife Ronnie of Innerkip. Loved step-grandfather of 11 grand children and 7 great grand children. Sadly missed by his step-sister-in-law Doris Lewis and her husband Jim of Simcoe, his sisters Lois Ward of Norwich, and Diane Bertrand and her husband Tom of LaSallette, and his brother Lionel and his wife Jean of Midland. Predeceased by his parents Clinton and Exie and his sister Muriel and her husband Alf Lossing. Calvin was a member of the Probus Club of Woodstock. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Saturday where the memorial service will be held in the chapel at 1:30 with Aux. Captains William and Marie Russell officiating.
