STEVENS- Promoted to Glory on Friday January 30, 2009. Bryant E. Stevens of Woodingford Lodge and formerly of Woodstock in his 86th year. Beloved husband of Eileen L Stevens (nee Wren). Dear father of Bryant (Marion) of Winnipeg, Rick of Windsor, Mark (Sharon) of Bolton, Glenda Burditt (Robert) of Woodstock. Beloved grandfather of Bryant (Denise), Lori, Scott, Sarah, Ryan, Shaun and Adam Stevens; Lindsay (Andrew) Wegman, Steven and Jason Burditt and great grandfather of seven. Father in-law of Barb White. Dear brother of Nelda Critchley of Cambridge and Gail Galer of Kitchener. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a sister Lois Weeks, and brothers Herbert and Ian Stevens. Bryant retired from Chrysler of Windsor and was a life long member of the Salvation Army. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (519-539-0004) Monday February 2, 2009 from 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the Salvation Army Community Church on Tuesday February 3, 2009 at 11:00 am. Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, London.
