PARKES - At London Health Sciences Centre, University Hospital, on Sunday May 2, 2004. Bruce E. Parkes of Lansdowne Ave., Woodstock in his 80th year. Beloved husband of D. Ruth Parkes (nee Henderson). Dear father of Bill Parkes and his wife Margie and their children Andrew and Leslie; Mary Roy and her husband Peter and their children Candace and Lauren; Andrew Parkes and his wife Laura and their children Garrah, Helaena and Jonathan. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 539-0004 on Tuesday 2:30 - 4:30 and 7-9pm. A memorial service will be held at Chalmer's United Church, Vansittart Ave., Woodstock on Wednesday at 11:00am with Rev. Donald Linkletter officiating.
